Hey all.
Just got back home having to walk with my e-bike for over 2 miles.
One of the allen bolts that came with the rack flew off. (Yes, I make sure things are good and tight etc before I ride)
Anyone know where I can find a replacement that will fit? I checked all the allen bolts I have and none are close.

This is likely a 5mm stainless screw, very common on bikes. Any bike shop will have one. A really good hardware store might have one. I bought 20 of them, various lengths, at a fastener store.

Wow, that's a great idea. Thanks a lot Zelectric. You bet I'll be using this on the weekend.
Thanks again for a great tip

Used the Loctite this Saturday. I did however change out the rack. It was bent a tad and I did not feel like cutting strips to replace parts for it. And used loctite on all the bolts. Even on some bolds on my bike. Just to make things a tad more safer.
This bike is my baby. Ride it everyday.
Thanks again mate
Cheers

Ace Hardware here has a whole aisle of loose bolts of all kinds, including Stainless Allen bolts in any thread, Metric or AS. I replaced most of the bolts on my bike with these, cause the quality difference was obvious.
