We do not have a tech support line. Our kits are for "do
it yourselfer's" that want to save a few hundred extra dollars and get a
high quality kit.
There is
simply not enough profit in our kits for me to hire someone to do phone
tech support. There are many electric bicycles available that are "unbox
and ride" but the cost is upwards of $1500.
So please help us keep the costs down and
if you have any questions email us and we will get back with you
